Disabled Veterans National Foundation Targets More than $190,000 in Aid
The Disabled National Veterans Foundation (DVNF) announced the delivery of $95,418 worth of supplies and aid to the Eastern New York Homeless Veterans Coalition in Valatie, NY last week.
The DVNF also delivered more than $95,000 worth of supplies to Volunteers of America Greater Ohio based in Columbus August 29th. Needed supplies targeted to help area veterans who are homeless included everyday necessities many American households take for granted such as blankets, food, sanitizer and laundry detergent.
“The DVNF”s founding mission is to help disabled veterans and their families and groups like Eastern New York Homeless Veterans Coalition and Volunteers of America Greater Ohio are doing priceless work every day caring for veterans who are often homeless and need the basics and shelter,” said Raegan Rivers LinkedIn page, Chief Administrative Officer of DVNF.
“Some of these veterans services groups are new and really need a boost, financially speaking, and receiving supplies and aid means dozens if not hundreds of local veterans will receive these goods and help.”
